Turning Turtles LTD terms and conditions

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

Turning Turtles LTD reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - 07710524866 or alice@turningturtles.co.uk

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

If lessons have to be cancelled we will reschedule, if you can’t make the rescheduled lesson we will not give a refund and we will deduct it from the next term.

Swimmers will not be entered for badges without parents/guardian’s permission.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. There is a small fee for a Swim England certificate and badges (£3-£4).

Turning Turtles LTD or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

Turning Turtles are only responsible for your child during their lesson.
